Vicente Guilabert form HCB presented a case study during the light commercial panel discussion. The objective was to determine reduction of energy consumption of an ice cream conservator using a high efficiency single speed Cubigel Compressors® R290 compressor. Vincente spoke about the testing the cabinet with three families for HC compressors and evaluation of the cabinet efficiency. Up to 40 % energy savings was realized and about 1,333 kg reduction in CO2 emission was possible considering 5 years cabinet working time by using Cubigel Compressors® high efficiency single speed compressor. The presentation was very well received by the panel of experts and all the participants.
